I'm on vacation this week, but was able to complete our recipe. Michelle from Michelle in Colorado Springs selected Summer Fruit Galette, which can be found on pages 366-367 in our book. I didn't even get to taste the creation this time, but my family called it a big hit.

WOW!!! Yours looks so much better than mine!!! It looks like you got a lot of custard in there. I need to stop sampling all mine. Im baking and eating more than I'm working out!!
Yours looks great! I'm sure your family was very greatful. Using peaches was a good choice.
Beautiful galette! I love how you plated it, and surrounded it with those delicious looking peaches! Great job.
You will have to make this again and set up construction cones and flashing barricades to keep people away until you can try some ;) It's delicious. Yours looks wonderful!
Well, it sure does look good! Hope you get to make it again soon and taste it this time!
I'll bet plain peach would have been sinful... and you didn't even get any :(
It looks fantastic!
Looks like peach was a popular fruit this time around! If you get a chance to make it again, definitely have some! Mine was delicious!
